The R&B singer will be in Minneapolis later this year. OMG: Fresh off his Super Bowl XVIII halftime show performance, Usher is bringing his "Past Present Future" tour to the Target Center. The R&B singer will perform on Saturday, Nov. 2. Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. via Target Center's website through Live Nation. During the halftime show, Usher was joined by special guests Alicia Keys, H.E.R., Ludacris, Lil Jon, Will.i.am and Jermaine Dupri.
