Halifax's Darryl Plandowski didn't have long to celebrate after the Tampa Bay Lightning beat the Dallas Stars for the Stanley Cup earlier this week. A scout for the Lightning for 12 years, he joined the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday as director of amateur scouting. From left to right are son Marshall, wife, Jill, sons Oscar and Jack, and the family dog, Tucker. Darryl Plandowski of Halifax has been named director of amateur scouting for the Arizona Coyotes. Plandowski and his wife, Jill, a power skating coach, have three sons who are all hockey players.
