Anchor milk has been a part of our lives since 1886, long before we even had fridges to store it in. There's nothing like a fresh dash of milk in the morning but how exactly does Anchor get the freshest milk from their farms to our fridges? From farms in the Waikato, milk can end up in the fridges of Auckland's city cafes as fast as 48 hours after collection. At the Stewart’s Farm in deep Waikato country,Fonterra farmer David comes from generations of farming, his grandfather first supplied milk for Anchor products back in 1937. We are all so proud of the Anchor brand and it's pretty rewarding to see Anchor on the shelves knowing that we played a part in making that happen.
