Nearby was a French pedestrian, identified as Loic, who was seriously injured. The driver’s blood test reading was 265 milligrammes of alcohol per 100ml of blood, Pol Col Surachat said. Phuket police offered condolences to the deceased’s family and assured them of justice for all parties, Pol Col Surachat said.
