NewsThe French naval vessel “Revi” arrived at the Trincomalee port this morning on a goodwill visit,Navy said. The ship was ceremonially welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in accordance with naval traditions on her arrival. Commanding Officer of 'Revi', Lieutenant Stephane Congues met the Commander Eastern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Travis Sinniah and held cordial discussions. Mementos were also exchanged during the occasion. The ship will remain in the island till August 18 while its crew is scheduled to take part in a number of events organized by the Sri Lanka Navy during this period.
