Photo: AFPA French police officer has been charged with sexual assault after allegedly sexually assaulting a man with his baton, during a violent arrest near Paris. Segments of the footage, published by Le Parisien newspaper , appear to show four police officers struggling with the 22-year-old man (see below). It wasn't until the officers brought the man into the station that they noticed he was bleeding, and called paramedics. One of the police officers was charged on Sunday with sexual assault, while the other three have been charged with deliberate violence. All four officers were suspended with immediate effect on Sunday, the interior minister said, pending an official investigation.
