A source told the Mirror: “Both Epstein and Maxwell have a long history and many connections to France. Before her arrest by the FBI in July on suspicion of grooming and abusing three underage girls, she was thought to be hiding in France, where her family have homes. Brunel, 74, has been accused of raping and procuring under-age girls. Maxwell, 58, the daughter of crooked media tycoon Robert Maxwell, was arrested by the FBI in New Hampshire, USA, in July. Epstein, 66, committed suicide in his prison cell last year as he awaited trial for underage sex trafficking.
