Prime Minister Abdel Hamid Dbeibah has received the special envoy of French President Paul Soler, and the French ambassador to Libya, Beatrice Duhelen in Tripoli. The meeting discussed “latest political developments in Libya and the importance of achieving the constitutional base and achieving elections,” a statement by the Dbeibah government said on Friday.
