From September 27th to 30th, 'French Days' are back in France, and chances are your inbox is already full of promotional e-mails. French Days - which is their actual name in French - are a new tradition of mainly online sales, launched in April 2018 by French e-shopping giants Cdiscount, Rue Du Commerce, Showroomprive.com, Fnac-Darty, Boulanger and La Redoute. Twice a year, in the last days of April and September, dozens of online retail websites take part in the French Days, sometimes offering sales up to 80 percent. READ ALSOHowever, French Days do not aim to promote 'made in France' products only, but rather French e-commerce as a whole. Ironically, the American behemoth Amazon joined the French Days from the very beginning.
