Free cookery courses in Clara and BallinagarOffaly Local Development Company (OLDC) has announced details of two free community cookery programmes in Clara and Ballinagar. The free six week community cooking programme in Ballinagar is already underway, and will continue every Tuesday evening at 7pm in Ballinagar Community Hall for the next five weeks. The Clara programme will get underway on Thursday of next week, January 15, in the Scouts Den and will continue for six weeks up until February 19, with two-hour classes taking place from 10.30am to 12.30pm each Thursday morning. Booking for all of the community cooking programmes run by Offaly Local Development Company is essential due to the limited number of spaces available.
