Travellers must show the bus driver their vaccination appointment letter, which is either a text or a letter, to confirm the appointment is dated for the day of travel. If people do not have an appointment but get vaccinated at a walk-in clinic, their return journey home will be free on the bus if they show proof of their vaccination that day.
