A Fredericton man facing four charges of first-degree murder allegedly used a long gun and fired from an elevated position, police said Saturday, in a Friday attack that killed two police officers and two civilians. The victims have been identified as Fredericton officers Const. Robb Costello, 45, as well as Donald Robichaud, 42, and Bobbie Lee Wright, 32.
