Eugene DeMarco, 58, a pilot and former manager for filmmakers Peter Jackson and Fran Walsh’s vintage plane company, has been found liable in a civil case for misrepresentations made in the sale process. Investigations uncovered earlier building reports much less favourable than the one DeMarco offered during the sale process.
