Cole, who won three Premier League titles and the Champions League, joins Everton as first-team coach. Cole has his first experience of coaching at Derby County after finishing his glittering career with the Rams, before following former Chelsea team-mate Lampard to Stamford Bridge as academy coach in October 2019. Last summer, Cole became England U21 assistant manager under head coach and former Everton midfielder Lee Carsley.
