Frances Forbes, 81, of Bowling Green died on Saturday, May 27, 2023. The Bowling Green native was born on August 8, 1941, to the late Eugene “Genie” and Nellie Forbes. She is also preceded in death by three brothers, Elbert, Frankie, and Roy Forbes and a sister, Betty Ruth Forbes. Ms. Forbes is survived by her sister-in-law, Betty Sue Forbes; several nieces and nephews; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews. A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home.
