FRAMINGHAM — A local company that was created to give a boost to women who have been incarcerated has unveiled a new product that is designed to assist police departments. “We want to create a bike that serves the community.”Randolph founded 1854 Cycling in 2016. The pandemic slowed the business, and 1854 Cycling looked for new space in Framingham. Beyond that, a drone will be connected to the bikes — one drone per six electric bikes — Randolph said. The electric bike system will be marketed as a six-bicycle package, which includes all software and hardware on the bike, as well as the drone.
