Fox News has taken a swipe at Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, after he snubbed the right-wing broadcaster to launch his presidential campaign for the 2024 Republican nomination on Twitter instead. Trump took a jab at DeSantis’ calamitous launch too, posting to his Truth Social platform: “Wow! The DeSanctus [sic] TWITTER launch is a DISASTER! WATCH!”President Joe Biden also used DeSantis’ launch to his advantage, posting a tweet that read “this link works”, with a link to donation page for his and vice-president Kamala Harris’ re-election. DeSantis’ anti-LGBTQ+ legacyDeSantis is arguably best known for working against minority communities as governor of Florida, where he is currently in his second term.
