Police responded to the call just before 6 a.m. regarding a two-vehicle collision, Sgt. Four people have been rushed to hospital after a head-on collision at Sewells Rd. and Steeles Ave. E. Wednesday morning, Toronto paramedics said. A woman in her 50s was airlifted in critical condition to a trauma centre and three men in their 50s also suffered serious injuries, paramedics said. “We have got officers there from traffic services, the local units, traffic control, conducting the investigation and collecting the evidence.”The intersection is closed for the investigation and police are asking the public to avoid it completely.
