The Prime Minister's office has confirmed there are four new cases, all linked to the original Auckland case. An email sent to Auckland District Health Board staff says a staff member has tested positive for Covid-19. Every case of Covid-19 picked up at the border over the past three weeks had been Delta. National Party leader Judith Collins said she supported the quick move to lockdown given the transmissibility of the Delta variant.
