A clash between two cult groups near a nightclub has claimed four lives at Kwata community in Zawan District, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State. Police Public Relations Officer of the state Police Command, DSP Terna Tyopev, confirmed the incident to the News Agency of Nigeria on Thursday in Jos. “As a result, four persons lost their lives and their bodies have been deposited at the mortuary of Plateau Specialist Hospital for autopsy, ” he said. He said the Commissioner of Police in the State, Mr. Austin Agbonlahor, has ordered immediate investigation into the case. The PPRO urged members of the public with useful information on the cause of the clash to pass it to security agencies.
