The variable pay is closely aligned to Infosys' performance.Infosys has set itself a steep target of achieving $20 billion in revenue by 2020.The company pulled in about $9.5 billion in revenue in FY16. Rajesh Murthy , who was elevated as president earlier this year, will make $540,000 in fixed pay and an additional $450,000 in variable pay. The presidents will take on broader corporate responsibilities.Chief financial officer MD Ranganath will take home Rs 2 crore in fixed pay and an additional Rs 2 crore in variable pay. Group ` human resources head Krishnamurthy Shankar will earn Rs 2.34 crore in fixed pay and Rs 1.86 crore in variable pay.Infosys also amended COO UB Pravin Rao's compensation. Rao was also issued 27,250 restricted stock units and 43,000 stock options based on fiscal 2016 performance.
