A leading non-governmental organization for the development of children in Ekiti state, Tokunbo Ajila-Jakande Children Foundation (TAJ CF) has concluded plans for a summer coaching and movies session for school children in the state. It will be recalled that the foundation celebrated with over 250 children on this year’s Children’s Day to mark its fifth year anniversary. She said schools will be closing for the summer by the end of July and the foundation deemed it fit to engage them in activities instead of having them roam the streets. She said the summer package is in two legs, one for the youths ages 6 to 24 and the other for ages 10 to 15. For the second leg which is for ages 10 to 15, they will be treated to 5 weeks of movie and popcorn.
