TAWAU: The body of an Indonesian man who was mauled to death by a crocodile was found lying by Sungai Pamburung near an oil palm factory here. The victim was identified as Zainuddin Bedda, 61. A representative from the Sabah Fire and Rescue Task Force Centre said six firemen were deployed to the scene after a distress call was received at about 8.56am on Tuesday (April 23). The victim's body was discovered by the river at around 11.34am and handed over to the police for the next course of action. The operation ended at approximately 11.38am.
