But that won't stop Fotis Dulos' attorney from insisting he was innocent. Dulos deserves his day in court, Pattis said, because he "was tried and convicted in the court of public opinion." By no means is it "a slam dunk," Jackson said, but the Dulos case isn't a typical case. At that point, he added, prosecutors might as well have tried Dulos' estate, like Pattis wants.
