The game is already wildly popular, with over 40 million players across PS4, Xbox One, PC and Mac. Still, I can't imagine taking on a PC player from a console, let alone a tablet or smart-phone. The mobile version will be identical to the PC/console versions, though obviously control inputs will be different between platforms. Update: Well it's 1:45 EST and the Fortnite website is still down. Update 2: It's just after 2 pm EST and the iOS sign-up page is back online.
