Here's a guide on how to unlock Fortbyte #20: Found at the center of any of the first three storm circles. The location will be obvious: just wait until a circle starts forming and head to the exact center. But head to sort of the middle of the map and just wait for that storm formation timer to show up. You'll know you've found the right Fortbyte because it has a little purple lightning icon above it.
