Christchurch property investor and businessman Ben Gough has sold another of his properties – a site just off Cathedral Square which fetched $3 million. At an auction on Thursday, Gough's company Tailorspace Properties sold 88 Worcester St, the cleared site of the Holy Grail sports bar and previously the Avon Cinema. Their masterplan to develop the area foundered when the Public Trust building proved unexpectedly expensive to repair.
