Christchurch property investor and businessman Ben Gough has sold another of his properties – a site just off Cathedral Square which fetched $3 million. At an auction on Thursday, Gough's company Tailorspace Properties sold 88 Worcester St, the cleared site of the Holy Grail sports bar and previously the Avon Cinema.
