All five living ex-presidents appeared together for the first time since 2013 at a Texas concert for hurricane relief Saturday night. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama appeared together on stage at the start of the concert at Texas A&M University in College Station. Carter, Clinton, George W.
