LUCENA CITY – Police arrested a former overseas worker when she was caught allegedly selling “shabu” (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Tayabas City on Saturday night, police said Sunday. The illegal activities of Malubay was tipped off to the authorities by reformed drug users through the police hotline.
