Suraj alias Fighter, a resident of Uttam Nagar, used to roam around on Delhi roads with a pepper spray and pistol to commit robberies and vehicle theft. The two are accused of 24 robberies and vehicle thefts. MN Tiwari, the DCP of outer district, said Suraj was running a gang of robbers comprising two more persons in Uttam Nagar.
