[File, Standard]Joe Nyagah, a former minister and presidential candidate, is dead, his family has confirmed. Nyagah was a member of the Orange Democratic Movement's 'Pentagon' in the lead up to the 2007 General Election. His father, Jeremiah Nyagah, served in President Daniel arap Moi's cabinet. His brother Nahashon Nyagah served as governor of the Central Bank of Kenya. A second brother, Norman Nyagah, served as Member of Parliament for Gachoka constituency in the Opposition Democratic Party.
