NewsA former police constable wanted in connection with the attack on a shelter housing Rohingya refugees from Myanmar, has been arrested by the Colombo Crime Division. The 40-year-old suspect had been sought by police in connection with the incident that took place on September 26. Police said the suspect was a police constable who had been interdicted. Three court cases are currently pending against him at the Panadura Magistrate's Court. The suspect is due to be produced before the Mount Lavinia Magistrate.
