CEBU CITY — Motorcycle-riding gunmen killed in an ambush former Agus Barangay Chairman Remegio “Bo” Oyao shortly before 7 p.m. on Sunday on Agus Road in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. Juan Capacio, Police Station 4 chief of the Lapu-Lapu City Police Office. Capacio said that Chief Insp. Mark Gifter Sucalit, Lapu-Lapu City Police Office City Intelligence Branch chief, together with his team were conducting a hot pursuit operation. His brother, Washington “Inday” Oyao, 64, was shot dead by an unknown assailant inside his store in Sitio Malinao, Barangay Agus, Lapu-Lapu City in September 2016.
