Contractors work to transform a former nightclub site into a car park in Dunedin this week. The Urban Factory building, which closed in 2016, has been removed from the Great King St site. Dunedin man Robin Floyd, who helped manage the property for his god-daughter, said in July the bar was not viable. They could make much more money from parking, he said. The consent allows for 37 parking spaces.
