The office at 1 Newmarket Avenue in White Horse Business Park on the edge of Trowbridge has been put up for sale for £975,000. The premises provide open plan office accommodation on ground and two upper floors with access to the uppers by stairs and lift. The property was briefly the address of the Wiltshire Times, following its move away from Duke Street in 2019, and before the office relocated to Swindon. An office that used to house this paper has been put up for sale for almost £1 million. The developers have paid homage to its former use by incorporating the printing legacy in the names of six of the nine individual properties; namely Times Cottage, Editors Cottage, Lansdown Cottage, Reporters Cottage, Printworks Cottage and Press Cottage
