A former Treasury official Tom Fred Mokaya Osinde is missing. His nephew Emanuel wrote on Twitter: "My uncle Tom Mokaya Osinde is missing. His car registration number KBZ 900R, a black Land Cruiser, was found vandalized in Kilgoris. “His family has identified the car and confirmed it belongs to the missing Fredrick Tom Osinde who stays in Ngata, Nakuru,” he said. The missing Osinde attended the University of Nairobi, where he studied economics.
