Former Sky TV chief executive John Fellet has stepped down as a director on the board of the pay-TV firm. In an announcement to the New Zealand stock exchange, newly minted Sky chief executive Martin Stewart said Fellet would continue to be available to him and the leadership team for support. "We are grateful for his outstanding service to Sky, and he will always be remembered for his passion and commitment to this business," Stewart said. Fellet had been chief executive of Sky for 17 years before Stewart took over the role in February.
