PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari condemned the move and called it an act of victimisation to suppress the political opinion. Bilawal, in a statement, said that the operation against Nayyar Bukhari’s house was a shameful act. Speaking to the media in Islamabad on Sunday, the minister said the anti-encroachment operations were being carried out in accordance with the law. The government had retrieved 80 Kanal out of 240 Kanal encroached land of Quaid-e-Azam University and efforts were underway to acquire the remaining land, he informed.
