Former Ranbaxy promoter Shivinder Singh, Sunil Godhwani arrested by Delhi Police EOWNew Delhi: The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police has arrested Shivinder Mohan Singh and Sunil Godhwani, a source told Mint on condition of anonymity. “Shivinder Singh and Sunil Godhwani are in the custody of the Delhi Police. We have not yet arrested Malvinder Singh," the source said. Both Shivinder Mohan Singh and Sunil Godhwani were arrested by the Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW) on Thursday, for alleged fraud to the tune of Rs740 crore. Earlier in February, Malvinder Singh had filed a criminal complaint against his brother Shivinder Singh alleging financial fraud.
