Al-Hasawi, 57, owned the Premier League club between 2012 and 2017 before selling Forest to their current chief, Evangelos Marinakis. His tenure saw the club cycle through nine managers in five years in the Championship, with Marinakis subsequently overseeing their return to the Premier League back in 2022. The Sun report that Al-Hasawi, a Kuwaiti businessman, was in his £10million home in Mayfair when it was raided by robbers.
