Tareq Kamleh, an Australian who studied health sciences at Otago in 2003, is shown in a working hospital in one scene of the new video, and holding a machine gun in another, Newshub reports. Kamleh, now a paediatric doctor, first appeared in a propaganda video in 2015, months after his departure from a Queensland Children's hospital. His former friends told the Otago Daily Times he was a "really popular" student, but missed the cut for the university's medical programme.
