The former Manchester United starlet has done enough to convince boss Chris Wilder he is worth a deal after a trial at the newly-promoted Blades. The attacker has spent the last few days of pre-season with the Blades and has impressed both with his attitude as well as his talent. Morrison, 26, has landed a one-year contract meaning he could be playing top flight football in England for the first time since August 2014. As a youngster at Manchester United, Alex Ferguson was blown away with his potential but was unable to turn that raw talent into top senior team performances and, having lost patience, sold him to West Ham in 2012. Morrison returned to London and was subsequently sent out on loan to QPR and Cardiff before Italian Serie A club Lazio signed him on a long-term deal in 2015.
