Former Nyali MP Hezron Awiti Bolo. [File, Standard]Former Nyali Member of Parliament Awiti Bolo was on Thursday charged in Mombasa Law courts with issuing a faulty cheque worth over Sh2.2 million. The former MP was charged with five counts of issuing bad cheques to Jefan General Contractors on September 8, 2015.
