The police has registered a case as the family of the victim has alleged foul play. The deceased has been identified as Sidharth, the son of Manipur's former home and education minister M Okendru, and lived in Safdarjung Development Area. According to the police, around 4.10 pm a PCR call was received that a boy has fallen down from the terrace of a restaurant. "During inspection of the spot, some pots were found broken at back side of building no 28 Hauz Khas Village. We are probing if it was an accidental fall or he was pushed off the terrace.
