Noelle Dunphy, an ex-associate of Rudy Giuliani, sued the former New York mayor for $10m, alleging that he engaged in “abuses of power, wide-ranging sexual assault and harassment, wage theft and other misconduct”. Giuliani has denied these allegations and plans to defend himself against these allegations, calling the charges “pure harassment and an attempt at extortion”. The lawsuit further states that Giuliani deferred paying Dunphy, citing his acrimonious divorce from Judith Giuliani, his third wife. However, Dunphy states that Giuliani was swift to demand sex. The suit includes a graphic description of the first time Giuliani initiated sexual contact with Dunphy, alleging that he coerced her into oral sex.
