WASHINGTON—A former defense contracting executive and Reagan administration official will be named as President Trump’s latest deputy national security adviser, two senior administration officials said. Charles Kupperman is a longtime associate of Mr. Trump’s current national security adviser, John Bolton. He fills the role previously held by Mira Ricardel, who was removed from the job in November after an unusual feud with first lady Melania Trump over her trip to Africa last year.
