Share TweetBy Chito ChavezA Quezon City court has cited the former driver of detained Senator Leila de Lima for indirect contempt after refusing to testify against his former employer. Ronnie Dayan appeared before the Quezon City Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 34 and took the witness stand on the disobedience to summon case, but did not answer questions in relation to the complaint. Dayan appeared in court after the local court denied his previous motion to quash a subpoena for him to testify. Dayan has maintained his stand since last year, pointing out that he cannot testify because they are facing the same case.
