However, a source at the district office said Executive Magistrate Rintu Bikash Chakma conducted the mobile court on DC Sultana's orders. Former DC Sultana could not be reached when Dhaka Tribune tried to contact her. Former DC Sultana, in her facebook status, said: "I learned about the conduct and order of the mobile court the following morning, on March 14, 2020. According to mobile court documents, Inspector Jahidul had signed on the document where it stated that Ariful had drugs in his possession.
