Assume for a moment that it does. The company is entitled to enforce its terms of service; the only potential caveat is that it may be considered a public accommodation, in which case it can’t discriminate against users on the basis of race, religion or other protected category. But even then, political parties and ideological groups are not protected classes. Should Facebook so desire, it could even announce that it would not allow a single new word of praise for President Trump. It would be just as entitled to ban all criticism of Trump or Zuckerberg or any other person its management favored.
