The Hung Yen Department of Construction has announced that foreign organizations and individuals are permitted to own homes at the Khu Phuc hop do thi, du lich sinh thai, san golf Khoai Chau project in Hung Yen Province, commercially known as Trump International Hung Yen. Twelve villas are excluded from foreign ownership in accordance with opinions issued by the Ministry of Public Security. For apartment buildings, foreign ownership is capped at no more than 30% of the total number of residential units in each building, applicable to locations within sub-zone 3. The Trump International Hung Yen project received investment policy approval in May 2025. The project is being developed by Hung Yen Investment and Development Group JSC, a subsidiary of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation, in cooperation with The Trump Organization.
